Would you like to learn your basic ballet positions and be able to execute movements with precision and speed?

When I was a little girl my dream was to become a ballerina. I absolutely loved those tutus and the pink ballet shoes. My parents finally gave in and I was able to go to a dance school and take up ballet. It did not take long for me to realize that there was a lot more to becoming a ballerina than wearing beautiful tutus. My first goal was to be the best I could be at the five basic ballet positions. I did master them after a while and I did dance for quite a few years, but I am not a ballerina. In the end I didn’t have the stamina, but I danced for my own joy and really loved it.
